NEW: Tapping for Daily Stress with Reva Rasmussen
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 3, 10-11 AM, $30/session
This class is an opportunity to learn a simple form of Emotional Freedom Techniques, also called Tapping. Tapping is a fantastic technique for the reduction of stress and anxiety.
Tapping resets the nervous system by lightly tapping with the fingertips on acupuncture points on the hands, face and upper body while focusing on a troubling issue. Once learned, you can tap before bed to prepare for sleep, tap during a difficult interview or tap after seeing an annoying relative. You will find that once your stress is reduced, your mind will work better. I am offering four sessions. Attend one or all. I will review the technique each session. Tapping is a wonderful tool. It's simple and safe with profound benefits.
Registration and payment of $30 per session is required ahead of each session. If you are new to tapping, you are welcome to try out our first gathering. To register, email Reva Rasmussen at AgateRoads@protonmail.com. You will be asked to pay ahead with Zelle, Venmo or PayPal.
About Reva: I have been called to take care of people. It’s a wonderful call that summoned me early in life to become a registered nurse and, later in life, to become an EFT practitioner.

NEWISH: Journaling Club with Lisa Mer
SUNDAY, OCTOBER 4, 1:30-3 PM, $15/session
Join in for a cozy and reflective Journaling Club inspired by Suleika Jaouad’s The Book of Alchemy. Suleika is an amazing writer (Between Two Kingdoms, The Isolation Journals) and has compiled essays from many astounding people in her newest release.
We will read a selected essay from the book, spend time writing in real-time using thoughtful prompts, and share reflections with the group. Bring a journal and something to write with. Come as you are! No writing experience is necessary, and sharing is always optional. Think of it as a space for reflection, curiosity, and connection.
Lisa Mer (she/her) is a certified spiritual guide, trained facilitator for SoulCollage® and Poetic Medicine's Poetry as a Tool for Wellness. She is also a certified Veriditas labyrinth facilitator as well as offering Sand & Symbol, a spiritual sand tray practice. She believes that symbols, images, and metaphors are powerful ways to give voice to our inner wisdom. Explore more at Home | Soul Symbol Minneapolis.
